PREAMBULE
1.1 – These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively between GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD, 275, New North Road, Suite 1857, London, N1 7AA, UNITED KINGDOM and any person or entity placing an order with GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD.
1.2 – As these General Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of placing your order.

PRICE
2.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT of 20%) excluding participation in the processing and shipping costs. (See article 5, «payment and delivery»)
2.2 – GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD reserves the right to change its prices at any time, applicable prices will be charged on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order registration.
2.3 – The products remain the property of GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD until they are shipped, that is to say when they are handed over to the carrier and until they are paid in full in case of shipment before payment of all or part of the order.

ORDER
3.1 – Orders can be made by email from the information provided on the website international-cs.net. GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there may be a dispute relating to a previous order.

AVAILABILITY
Our product and software offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. Our offers are valid subject to availability of products from our suppliers. In this context, information on the availability of products can be provided upon request before or after placing your order.
In the exceptional case of an error or a modification of the conditions of the order, GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD will inform you by email or mail as soon as possible. You will then have the choice between a full refund of the sums paid or delivery in replacement of an article of equivalent quality and price.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
5.1 – GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD offers the following payment methods:

5.2 – The products are delivered to the delivery address you have indicated to us during the ordering process.
5.3 – Processing and shipping costs are related to the delivery address and type of items ordered. They will be communicated to you on request from you before your purchase or automatically when you order.
5.4 – Any delivery outside the European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed when the package reaches its destination. REPAYMENT
The reimbursement of the products in the hypotheses referred to in Articles 7 and 8 shall be effected within 15 days of receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made on behalf of the customer who placed the order and at the billing address. No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.

RIGHT OF RETRACTION
7.1 – You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt to return the product or products that do not suit you. The shipping and return costs will then be at your expense. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded. Returns should be sent to GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD, 275, New North Road, Suite 1857, London, N1 7AA, UNITED KINGDOM. This right of return can only be accepted for physical products in their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions…), in excellent condition and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. 8.2 – GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract entered into, due to the occurrence of a force mature event and in particular in the event of a total or partial strike by the postal services, carriers, and disasters due to floods, fires or natural causes. With respect to products purchased to satisfy professional needs, GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD will not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from loss of operations, loss of profit, damage or any other expenses, which may arise. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are subject to English law and the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Certain products such as software are subject to personal and specific rights of use regulating copies, public distribution, rental. You must comply with the terms and conditions of sale of these products, and GLOBAL COMMERCE AND SERVICE LTD cannot be responsible for the uses that may be made of the products in this context.
